At first I found it a little difficult finding the office, not a lot of signage of the building property. Went inside the receptionist was polite and the place was clean. Most importantly to me was that my appointment time wasn’t delayed the Dr called me back right on time, I really appreciated that. He was friendly had a fantastic “bedside “ manner and easy to talk to. I would absolutely recommend this Dr and would return without hesitation. Thanks for the fantastic service.

I have been coming here for months and let me tell you Dr. George is the absolute best. Very knowledgeable and makes the best recommendations for my overall health I was referred to him by a friend and havent been disappointed keep up the great work.

I have been seeing Dr. George for about 1.5 years and have always had a good experience. He has never seemed rushed to get me in and out and always explains things in a clear and concise manner, providing his recommendations while also taking into consideration my input (which a lot of Drs don’t). I have never had an issue setting an appointment and have never waited longer than 15 minutes to be seen. I will continue this to use Dr George and his office as long as I am in Murfreesboro.

I had a great experience. The staff were very friendly. I was able to be seen early without any delays. Dr. Tsibu was very professional and answered all of my questions in great detail.

Came in with abdominal pain sent for cat scan told when I called back I had been scheduled an appointment I was never informed of. When I spoke to doctor obviously distraught because of unannounced out of pocket cost as well as severe pain he said he didnt like my tone.

George and his nurse are both friendly, engaging people. Ive been seeing them for 2 years now and I feel very comfortable sharing my concerns-I never feel judged or ashamed but I also feel like George is straight with me when I need to do something health wise. The few times Ive needed an appointment for illness theyve been able to work me in quickly instead of having to wait several days. Their office is also very conveniently located near me on a quiet street - no fighting traffic or for parking. I appreciate having them!

I have recently chosen Braxton Medical Clinic and specifically George as my PCP. I have ignored my health for a long time and havent had a great time connecting with other providers but I feel comfortable with this group. I also felt heard and understood as I explained my goals to George. Hes partnering with me in these goals. Its nice to have discussions about my care and choices in my treatment options.

I can’t speak to the provider/staff because I wasn’t able to see them. I was scheduled for an appt with this office today and they didn’t let me or anyone else know they were closed due to inclement weather. While I’m very understanding of safety, I took leave from my job that I could have saved had they communicated they were closed. They could have called me, updated their voicemail, placed a message on their website, or even updated their Facebook page regarding their closing but they didn’t. I’ve wasted my time, gas, and leave due to their lack of communication.Update: My appt was definitely scheduled for your office at 9AM. I have the paperwork which shows your address and phone number. My appt was scheduled through QTC.

I started seeing George NP at Braxton Medical Clinic when I became dissatisfied with the care I was receiving from my former PCP, thank God I did. Unlike other providers, George diagnosed, prescribed, and called to check on the effectiveness of the treatment. He treats his patients like family; he is very friendly and respectful. In fact, he is amazing. The nurse at the clinic is great, she treats patients with dignity and respect. The online app is wonderful. It is easy to operate. The office is clean and organized, I love the setting. If you are looking for a clinic where you will be treated like family, Braxton Medical clinic is the clinic you need.

Dr. Tsibu is a great knowledgeable professional doctor. He does great work with QTC and VA claim examinations.

Braxton Clinic Is by far one of the best places I’ve ever received care from. George, the practitioner understands your needs and fully commits to treating you the best way possible. He isn’t like other practitioners that are “pill pusher’s “ he is opposite of that.. he makes sure each patient understands there diagnosis, and makes you feel comfortable before you leave his office. I highly recommend going there for any of your medical needs! Service is exceptional!

Visited this clinic last week and my overall experience was not great like all of these other patients on Google review. Guess I was treated differently for some reason. I did not feel heard nor seen during my visit. I was laughed at and mocked when describing my symptoms. He was doing a lot of gaslighting as I talked about my past medical history. I didn’t understand that part at all. This is also the first time I have visited a clinic and my vitals, weight, etc wasn’t recorded. I understand being short handed but that’s no excuse for not being better prepared for your walk-in patients.Also the first time I have ever gotten radiology results on a Sunday morning over the phone, instead of within the 24 to 48 hours of the scans. Then he couldn’t give me no real details about the scans, but gave me the worst news of it all. How can you not have the results in front of you, when you are on the phone delivering bad news??? Things like that should be delivered in person. Thankfully I knew about my condition before hand, but still that didn’t help the terrible anxiety that I suffered after being told that something could potentially be a terminal illness. I told him that I knew about said condition already, he corrects my description of it, as if I don’t know medical terminology for what I have lol, the nerve. I’ve been checked many times and told by specialists, people with a degree in that field and who are expert researchers, what the condition is called! But was given no other details, but to go get an MRI. I am so thankful for my original doctor, whom is a specialist in the matter, who also has records of my medical condition, I called her office immediately on Monday. I couldn’t sleep a wink the night before, no rest leading up to the point of seeing her, I was so worried. Thankfully I got the testing results and answers I needed on my issue. It was no where near as devastating as he claimed it was. Thanking the Most High!But I still don’t have a physical copy of my bloodwork, not even uploaded on the patient portal. That should have been the first step of delivering my results. My health is very important to me, and professionalism goes a long way with me. A medical professional learns through the experience of the patient, not just by text book knowledge.Always get a second opinion, if you feel something isn’t right. I’ve learned from this experience to just go and get a specialist if you’re having a specific issue and make sure you feel seen and heard by the medical provider.

I can’t say enough good things about George and this clinic. I’m always able to get in, he’s through and values my time. I feel heard and I know that I am well taken care of- bonus!! He sees myself, my husband and my teenage son. Highly recommend

My visit was great- very informative and quick. All members of staff were friendly and professional.Edit: I was charged for an eye exam because my insurance only covers medical not vision. I would ask for extra clarification over the phone when booking an appointment to ensure what a physical entails and if your insurance will cover it. This eye exam happened as I was walking out the door and the doctor stopped the nurse to make sure she performed one. I was wearing glasses and the nurse said she assumed I already had an eye doctor so she thought it wasn’t needed. This exam consisted of me reading an eye chart, there was no dilation or any other tests performed. That is why I was not expecting to be charged for an eye exam.

Doc George is the best. Professional, knowledgeable & genuinely personable and truly listens and hears his patients needs. I highly recommend anyone looking for a friendly Doctor you can open up to and share all, this is the one who is intuitive and has a lifetime of experience that puts you at ease like a fond family member. He is prompt on getting bloodwork and test results and makes himself available always. He is eager to please. You will not be disappointed in this hardworking Doctor.

I needed a walk-in on Thanksgiving Day and not only was Braxton Medical Clinic the only one offering services (THANK YOU!) but truly lived up to all the 5 star reviews. George was incredibly patient with setting up my first telemedicine appointment, quickly diagnosed me and called in a prescription, but also gave me lots of advice for future insurance selections. I will recommend you every time!

Absolutely fantastic visit! The staff was amazing! Immediately when I walked in the door I felt very welcome and at home. This was my first time coming here so it was refreshing! They made sure I was well informed and comfortable the entire time!

Im not a patient with Braxton Medical but I work with a facility who works very closely with George and his office. I would 100% reccomend him as a family practice. Every time we walk in with a client from our facility it is always with the best of greetings and very welcoming. Terrible. 3:30 appointment. I was here/checked in 15 minutes early so here at 3:15. Now its 4:25, no receptionist and nobody anywhere. I am walking to the back to tell them I am leaving. Shame on the VA sending me here. Lost 1/2 a day of work.
