Nashville Fertility Center - Murfreesboro

We were extremely satisfied with our experience with Nashville Fertility. We used both the Murfreesboro and Nashville offices. Our experience at both was phenomenal! Supportive, encouraging, welcoming and knowledgeable staff made our experience much more pleasurable. Dr. Weitzman was so great. He explained every aspect of our situation and all the options we had from that point. He is very knowledgeable and up to date on current research and procedures. He has high expectations which was comforting for us in our journey. We are forever grateful to him and his staff!!

The nurses were really nice, but not impressed with the doctors. On the 2nd and 3rd visit it was if they hadn’t read the notes from the previous visit.Also went to another facility that informed us that my wife needed fibroid surgery before IVF, which was never even mentioned at this office.Read reviews of local fertility clinics and see who has the best, there’s a reason.

We had our consultation today. 9/1/2021. Let me tell you how awesome this place is. Dr. Abby Elden was amazing, she actually took the time to explain things to us and made sure we were on the same page. She made me feel like I was top priority. There is just so many wonderful things to say about this place. The staff (nurses) were amazing as well. I really felt like they cared. I highly recommend NFC. Cant wait to start this journey with them.

Good luck trying to schedule a simple appointment. After 30 plus minutes of waiting on the phone I couldnt get through. Going somewhere else to do a test.

My husband and I started seeing the folks at the Nashville Fertility Center at their Murfreesboro office in December 2019. I was nervous and didn’t know quite what to expect but from the moment we were greeted by Robin, I felt like we were in an extremely welcoming environment and my nerves eased up. After being under the care of Abby Eblen and our nurses, Logan and Amber for 1 year, we are expecting our first child at the end of October! Can’t recommend NFC enough!

Ive had my ups and downs with NFC, but overall, I am very pleased with them. I did have to switch IVF nurses because my first one was not very attentive or compassionate (I may have been a little over emotional with all the hormones I was being injected with) but my experience became so much better when they switched me to Martha who was very thorough and compassionate. Yes, there will be times where you have to wait over an hour but that seems to be my experience with all medical practices. While i was pregnant, if i ever had any concerns, they were quick to fit me in the schedule to assuage my fears. Everyone was super friendly. I now have a beautiful 1 year old boy and ready to start another round and hopefully get another beautiful baby!

Dr. Weitzman and all of his staff have been amazing! When facing infertility- it can feel so overwhelming and as if you’re not sure where to start. This is the perfect place. Dr Weitzman doesn’t sugar coat- which we appreciate, but also takes his time and explains things. When you’re spending money and time and investing emotions into something, it’s important to not feel like it’s being wasted. His nurse, Brittany has been the most supportive and quick responding person (which I promise you is so important). As for the staff in Murfreesboro- Amber, Logan and Kelly—we could not have hand picked better people. This place has become a second family. I wouldn’t look any further than Nashville Fertility Center.

They were amazing throughout our entire experience. Dr. Whitaker is the most kind and personable soul. They always made my wife and I seem like a priority and stayed positive the entire time. I would reccomend their office to anyone. Amber was always available for any questions and crazy concerns we had. Love the entire staff.

I was referred here by a nurse I use to work with. The second time around we met with Dr. Abby which was nice. We Requested information and pricing for our IVF treatment. They kept going on about Insurance which we have Bluecross Blueshield and said they would email of Information. Well that was the end of March and now it is May and NO one has sent anything or followed up with us. Also the lady at the front desk was very rude and ugly. My husband came in after me and didnt have a mask on, she going to ask him where is his mask while it was another man in there of a different color had No mask on and she didnt say anything to him. I told my husband come on in, he dont have on a mask so you can come on. She still made him get a mask and the other guy wife asked for a mask for her husband after she heard me. Then a song came on the radio and I was singing, well I guess she didnt like it because she then turned the radio down which just made me sing louder! I know I should not have got on her level but Karen asked for it.

They do seem rushed but they definitely know what theyre doing. We conceived our first on the first try with Dr. Eblen. She is a fast talker for sure but is very good at what she does. The nurses are super sweet and go out of their way for you. Were back for number two and super excited!

Our initial consult visit was on Christmas Eve at the nashville location. We spent over 3 hours there! Most of it was spent waiting either on the doctor or a nurse. I spent close to 45 mins alone sitting half naked waiting on an ultrasound to be done. Since then, my husband has been to the murfreesboro location for a SA and bloodwork. We were told his results would be back same day or the next day and they’d call us. We waited 2 days before calling. Every time we’ve had to leave a message because murfreesboro doesn’t seem to know how to answer their phones. We’ve then waited another day just to be called back. Simply unprofessional from day 1.

My husband and I recently had our new patient visit with Dr. Eblen. We will no longer be patients at Nashville Fertility Clinic based upon our experience. Our initial consultation with Dr. Eblen was not only rushed, but I was talked over again and again. My questions were answered curtly, and my desire to move slowly in the fertility process, with as few invasive measures as possible, was met with the response, Well, everyone would hope to have a baby the good old fashioned way, but that obviously hasnt worked because youre here.This was a big step for us, filled with hesitation and emotion beforehand, and Dr. Eblen fulfilled our worst fears: coldness, assembly line testing and paths, little concern for the whole person.In addition, the billing/front office lady was also rude to us, making comments about our lack of insurance, though weve saved money to pay for whatever we need out of pocket.The nurses were the shining spot in our experience: friendly, down-to-earth, willing to listen and go out of their way to help us understand and get optimal billing rates with the lab tests.Even the voicemail I received regarding my blood test results were presumptuous and pushy, only hastening me toward a treatment plan already decided instead by the doctor instead of waiting for my input or go ahead.This place might be able to get you a baby, but we wont be finding out. If youre okay being directed with none of your own input, then this place really might be okay for you. I know theres a lot of information out there, and having a confident doctor wholl make decisions for you could be comforting depending on the circumstances and person. Or maybe a different doctor would be different. But if you want answers, need to understand treatment, or want to be treated as a whole person instead of just an equation with the result a baby, dont waste your money, time, or heart here.

I had quite the opposite experience as the previous reviewer. I thought the staff from the receptionist to the nurses and the doctors were great. They were always extremely positive and made my husband and I feel comfortable. I highly recommend them!

Repeated calls and emails go unanswered for days. Trying to get my specimen transferred to a more affordable place & since sending me the initial transfer forms, I have yet to hear back despite message after message. Its almost like they want to keep my specimens hostage to make more money.

LOVE LOVE LOVE NFC!! Have a precious 1 year old from our first cycle and currently on our 2nd cycle!! DONT GIVE UP 🤞🏼🙏
