Low T Center Murfreesboro TN

Waste of time and terrible experience. I absolutely had to share my story because this place cause undue stress on my mind and body and no man should ever have to go through this. I made an appointment here as I had just moved to the area and was receiving TRT where I had previously lived. I wanted to have no interruption in my care so I went in right away with my medical records and most recent lab results. I was told my current treatment and labs weren’t acceptable so I had to have new blood work after which they determined that my levels were above the cut off for low testosterone (well yeah no kidding, I’m CURRENTLY on testosterone injections.) I was told to wait until my levels dropped and come back in a week when I was once again told my levels were too high. This was after having a botched blood draw 2 weeks in a row. I’ve never had an issue but the girl there had no idea what she was doing and kept stabbing my arm missing my vein. Anyway, I left and contacted 3 other clinics all of which explained they would absolutely keep me on as I was already receiving treatment elsewhere and would adjust my treatment based on their doctors orders and lab results. I found one that could get me in right away and an hour later I was getting my blood drawn properly and a full panel run. I was found to have severely low testosterone levels and my treatment was immediately resumed thank good. This is an insurance clinic and should be advertised as such. The doctor has no discretion over treatment and worse of all they are incompetent. I was either lied too about my levels or they just make up results because because my level was almost half when tested at lab only an hour level (still early morning and I’ve been assured a swing that high in such a short time is impossible. The amount of anxiety this place caused me not to mention the wasted time of two separate round trips of over 2 hours is absolutely ridiculous. Stay away. Even if you have insurance and meet the strict requirements just talk to your primary or urologist.

Okay, so they lock the doors before they are supposed to, the toxic air freshener plug ins are offensive and they have great difficulty taking a simple blood sample. Not happy

My boyfriend takes his 45 minute lunch to go and get his shot and finds out they’re now closed for an hour for lunch. This information is not on their website. He got off work early to go to this place of business again, and the doors were locked early. The owner needs to know how this office is Is taking advantage.

You can only find Nas at the Franklin, but the Murfreesboro staff is awesome too!

I’ve tried three times now to accompany my boyfriend in here but the very strong plug ins give me a headache. Toxic fumes in our lungs

I have been a patient here for going on four years and the service was great. Since they switched to the new system and pharmacy service went downhill. Can’t get a hold of nobody in the office and cannot get a hold of anybody at the pharmacy. Medication is always late, then you have to go out of your way to stop by the clinic to get a shot. If there’s another provider in your area, I would suggest researching them first. I will add in office. Staff is very friendly and easy to talk to.Well I gave them another chance. Down to 1 shot and have not received a call or text for an appointment. No one contacted me to re order meds. I should not have to reach out every time. The service I am receiving is not equaling the cost. I should not have to do all the leg work as a customer.Switching to another provider.

Ive been a client for almost 2 years. The pharmacy is always behind and will not respond. I went in Monday to get a shot because they are late with my shipment. Now they are charging $70 for the shot because they are late. This service is unacceptable. Its time for a change.

The staff and providers really make this place top notch! A true “One stop shop” for men’s health!

I’ve never done a review before, but my experience has been so great I felt the need to. My results have been great and they have actually helped me with other health issues I didn’t expect. So far this has been better than expected and well worth the money. The staff and results both deserve 5 stars.

Modern facility and a super friendly staff. This place totally understands what customer service means! Waiting time? Super minimal! Delivery of supplies? Totally dependable! I drive father than a location near my home, and its totally worth the time. Incredible staff with exceptional customer service! Excellent follow up! Very knowledgeable! They get it!!

Between the App the Pharmacist and the office. Any issues I had were pined on each of the 3. One shifting the blame to the other party. Hard to reach. When you do reach them they are rude about it. Im no longer a patient. Updated

Great office staff but when it comes to getting your medicine delivered to your house it takes forever the pharmacy they use doesn’t answer the phone they take your money but it takes forever for them to ship the medicine this is the second pharmacy low t center has used since I started going there and they were supposed be on point with getting your medicine shipped out to you but it’s just as bad as the last I’m currently looking for another clinic

This clinic has changed my life. The medical treatment is an obvious reason for the results, however the staff treat me like family, are very professional and courteous and have taken the time to understand my unique health issues. Each member of the team always goes above and beyond to make sure my health is at the level it needs to be so that I experience life at the greatest possible level.

Everyone who is a part of the staff make up an excellent team. All of them are very down to earth and strictly professional. They make each visit quick and painless. Highly recommend. Made a huge impact in my life.

Ive been coming to Low T Centers for over 8 years. It has really helped my energy levels and general health plus the staff is awesome! You wont be disappointed and will be throughly pleased with your results!

After years in the Military and working manualLabor something didn’t feel right. I was talking with a buddy one day and he suggested I come to low T and get my numbers checked. And yes my ego was like there’s no way… but I came anyways and glad I did! I’ve had much better energy and focus. The staff has always been wonderful to me and make each visit a great one. Oh, and they have snacks!

I’ve gone here for years and it was always professional and friendly staff. The staff is still friendly and try to help you but the delivery of prescriptions is very slow and not dependable now. It leaves people waiting with nothing when they have been told that they need this. It’s really frustrating. That’s the only reason I am leaving a bad review now. It has changed a lot for me and unfortunately the delivery on the rx is out of the staffs hands now.

The staff at Low T Murfreesboro is very professional and kind. It brightens my day to go there. And the results are great. I feel 100% better and I can actually make it to the gym when before I would blow it off because I didnt have the energy.

Ive been coming to this Low-T since 2018 and have never had a bad experience. The staff has always been friendly and super helpful with whatever I need.

A year ago I was feeling incredibly run down and was lethargic about everything to include sex. I decided to check this place out after doing a bit of research, and they have done everything to get me back to where I needed to be. I have way more energy, I’ve put on mass that I haven’t had since my youth, and my wife now has issues with me not constantly harassing her every 10 minutes 🤣. They are pros at this and are incredibly accommodating to your schedule, and the lead NP (Blake) there is one of the best I’ve ever seen. I recommend this place to any guy needing that extra youthful boost.Updated 21 Oct 2022: Still coming weekly to this clinic (Murfreesboro) and I can say I look forward to my visit every time! The ladies and occasional fella make sure I’m always taken care of and brighten up my entire week every time I see them!

Good people. Knowledgeable about mens health, direct and to the point. Been going here over a year and would recommend to anyone who feels like they are missing a step now that they have gotten older to pop in and get checked out. Been a literal life changer.

The staff is professional, they work with your schedule, and are extremely knowledgeable about their practice. They offer Cash options and also take insurance. Try them out if you think you need treatment; you won’t be sorry that you did.

This was a horrible experience for me during my visit. The doc I saw, Blake Longstreth, was very condescending in her line of questioning. I wasted my money here. If I could rate this a zero star I would. The Dr seemed like I annoyed her and was a nuisance as she was asking me questions...she did not show any empathy. Its like she felt as if I was not already listening to my primary care specialist. Horrible experience on a 07/08/21.***Updated response to owner***I appreciate your quick response to my review. The overall tone of Blake was very accusatory and unprofessional. This was totally unnecessary from her since I was sitting there waiting for the results of the tests done on my blood work. To spend money and take time off from work to be treated like this was very disheartening and debilitating to say the least. Trust and believe that I will not come back to this place. I figured that saying what happened would not provide a satisfactory remedy but wanted to say my piece and hopefully help others to not come here. The receptionist and the lady that took me back to the room to see the doc on both visits were wonderful and the guy that took my blood pressure on today was great and personable but Blake Longstreth was trash, horrible, and unprofessional.

I have been receiving Low T. shots since 2012 and by far the Murfreesboro location has the best customer service and friendliest staff. I would recommend this location over the Hendersonville and Franklin locations.

Super fast and friendly. They take the time to go over all your lab work so you understand everything and are always willing to answer any questions.

Terrible experience!! Everything they did was handled in such an unprofessional manner. If you suffer from Sleep Apnea and are looking for help, get an In-Lab sleep study. Don’t bother taking Low T Center’s joke of an In-Home Test. It also took forever to get my My Medical records and notes from them to be sent over to a real Doctor. Gross negligence across the board. Stay Away!
