I did my egg retrievals and my first FET in Pittsburgh. I moved back to Michigan, and needed a clinic near me to do my second FET.The office took my Progyny infertility insurance which was one of the deciding factors in choosing the clinic.I had to ship my embryos from Pittsburgh to Michigan, and the clinic and embryo lab made the process seamless. I did my pre-FET testing with Dr Budrys, and had a great experience. My surgery went well, and I was happy with the results. I had several weird problems, and the clinic was always quick to call back and figure out what to do.I had my FET in January, and it went smoothly and without stress. They gave me a picture of my embryo, and had a nice cozy robe to wear for the actual transfer.Every appointment was on-time, and I never had any delays due to clinic staff messing stuff up. They accommodated my tight schedule, and made the process easy. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone pursuing infertility/IVF treatment.They are very organized (unlike my experience with another local IVF chain). Prompt/clear communication.

Absolutely impossible to schedule any appointments across all three offices. No weekend hours. All offices closed in the middle of the day for lunch and cant take phone calls. Closed early most weekdays, and super early on Fridays. Half the doctors are only available at each office half the time. They push tele-health calls on you, which are even less convenient because you have to wait around at the whim of the physician for a THREE HOUR WINDOW. Extremely frustrating and not accessible for most working class people seeking help.

I did several rounds of treatment under Dr. Budrys. She was flexible and open to my suggestions/also tweaked my plan every few cycles to optimize our chances to conceive. The supporting staff of receptionists, medical assistants, nurses, and lab techs were incredible and always so kind. We had a few losses but on our eighth round of treatment we finally had success! Our baby girl is two weeks old tomorrow. I’ll be seeking care from Dr. Budrys again when we are ready to start trying for our second child!!

First time IVF and it is a success!! Excellent fertility clinic- professional, clean, comfortable, and everyone there are so sweet and caring. Dr. Budrys is just awesome; she explains every procedure thoroughly so we understand what is going on and answers all our questions. She always makes time for us even for after hour calls (8pm and on holidays) when I was bleeding or I had a question about the medication. I can always expect a call back from a nurse the next day if I leave a voice mail. They treat you like family not a customer. I will be back for future IVF babies. Thank you for taking care of me.

Dr. Budrys and her team were all very kind and answered all of my questions without hesitations. Once the cause of my fertility struggle was identified, they helped me get the proper medication which helped me get pregnant. They adjusted my dosage to make sure I can carry the pregnancy. They checked on me every other day once pregnant to make sure my pregnancy numbers were increasing. I am so grateful to them because now I have my healthy 1 month old baby boy!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! I felt like I was a number and some money to add to their pockets. I did not want to even go here but my doctor left town and his colleagues retired. Dr. Nicole could not even do my retrieval because of her switching from another hospital. Dr. K did the retrieval and I only met her the day of the retrieval. I wake up and she tells me that she got not one egg and how she had to press so hard on my stomach to see anything. Well I am pretty sure that was not the truth. What she did not know is that I had been IVF/IUI for more than 10yrs before I saw her. I know how my body responds and I was full of eggs and I have no reason why she had issues. I have never been told that the doctor could not get any eggs. After that I walked out they had their money so they had no use for me. I should have known better because in my experience women who look like me often get the short end of the stick in a process that is not used to seeing women who look like me. I was so disappointed because they knew my story and my past and they did not even try. Women who look like me understand exactly what I mean. So do not waste your time do more research but let me help you to not waste your time skip this place.

Impossible to get a hold of. Don’t call you back with results. Don’t waste your time here. *edit- one person can really make a difference. Changing my review to reflect improvements.
