HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I read reviews about Dr. Hema Jonnalagadda and was excited about my appointment. This was about 40min drive for me. I checked with my insurance( called to make sure i was in network), I spoke to the front desk they confirmed my info and all good.PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CHARGES ! These people charged me $450 days AFTER my appointment because they no longer had a contract (that they just canceled) with my insurance. I was not notified and confirmed everything before I came in. Multiple calls got put on hold or told to call back because the Dr. Is busy. I decided to walk in to speak with Dr. Hemma Jonnalagadda in person. After back and forth including her saying how are we supposed to make money if we do free service?She also stated SHE ended the contract with my insurance and only notified her existing patients as I was coming in as new.I agreed to the co pay which was paid during my visit. Not a $450 charge. I dont have $450 to give away I wouldve found another in network provider.Dr. Hema Jonnalagadda LIED to me when I was in her office! She said she would refund me the full $450 and keep my co pay. I shouldve got that in writing. Her office later said they would only refund $200. I ONLY RECEIVED $180. Such a bad feeling to get taken advantage of by people who are supposed to help you. I had to wait for another appointment at another location for my issues. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE These people just lie and rob you.

My experience was amazing. I came with high expectations for solutions. Dr Hema was knowledgeable and helpful with her advice. I appreciate that she started with behavioral changes as a first tier of treatment. She was empathetic and personable. The wait time was okay/ reasonable.

New patient. Was very happy with my experience. Kathleen was friendly and welcoming and Dr Hema was kind and caring but also direct and concise (which I love). She took time with me and made me feel comfortable. Happy I switched!

Ive been seeing Dr Hema for years....My experience with every visit is always very positive. I always feel comfortable talking with Dr Hema, her recommendations, and what is best for me as an aging female! Her staff is always super friendly, the office is very clean, and her team can also communicate with me through an app (asking for refills is very easy). I appreciate Dr Hema always being super attentive and friendly.

When my wife returned from her yearly check up with Dr. J, she mentioned how nice the office is, that she never has to wait long at all, that the staff and that the doctor are so kind and personable. When going to the doctor is a pleasurable experience, it makes patients actually look forward to making sure to stay on top of their yearly check ups, which should be the goal.

Dr. Hema is patient and understanding!! The office is warm and welcoming. I love the affirmation on the walls. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating.

I dont understand the nasty comments from some of these people. This office has been nothing but KIND and patient. The receptionist/nurse is amazing! Dr Hema is the BEST. She is why I travel thirty minutes and refuse to switch to a closer OBGYN.

I love Dr. Jonnalagadda, she’s very attentive to her patients, very logical with her assessments. Never goes to unnecessary procedures or tests. The office is always so quiet except for the soothing background soft music. They do offer US imaging studies on Fridays in their office, which was so convenient and you do not have to wait in long lines.

Visiting the OBGYN office is not something that I look forward to but Dr. Hema and the office staff makes it easier. They made me feel that they really care for my health. Dr. Hema is compassionate and knowledgeable, she explains issues in a way that is easy to understand. The office is beautiful and the patient portal keeps communications transparent. I highly recommend Dr. Hema.

I went here because all the reviews said how awesome the doctors were…Wrong! The doctor did not show much concern for my issues I had been having. She also did not explain anything, try to understand my symptoms, or even look at blood work/testing from other doctors. She did finally agree to do some more blood work and an ultrasound. After both procedures all the office did was send a message in their portal that the results were available. They did not contact me to go over the results of the blood work. This doctor was very cold, not personable and really came across as not caring about delivering quality care to her patients. Will be finding another gynecologist.

Great practice! From the moment you walk in, you know youre in the right place. Very pretty purple walls and inspirational quotes in each room. The staff is so kind, helpful, and friendly and Dr. Hema is great! She makes you feel comfortable instantly and is extremely knowledgable. Id recommend this office to any of my female friends!

Dr. Hema has been a great doctor to me and I really appreciate the care, patience and expertise she brings to the field of women’s health. I recently had to have a major procedure done and Dr. Hema made sure all bases were covered before, during and after the surgery. I have no complaints about her care and will continue to go to her practice as long as I can!

While I really loved Dr. Hema and wish I could give her 5 stars, the reviews don’t lie. The girls in the office are absolutely horrible. Not only are they extremely rude but I heard them making fun of me when they thought I had left because I didn’t understand how to use Teleheath. I’ve never been treated so badly at a doctor’s office. It was enough to bring me to tears after a really hard day and a colposcopy. I hate leaving bad reviews but I felt the need to warn others after enduring that. I’ll never set foot in that office again. I am updating this review because I spoke w Dr. Hema today (virtually) and she apologized profusely for her staff’s actions. She also told me that she had a serious talk with them and gave them a warning. I hope that the girls in the office start treating clients better because Dr. Hema is an amazing person and a very knowledgeable doctor.

She amazing she treats you as if you was her own family member, any personal questions asked she will answer even if it does not have anything to do with what your being seen for. Dr. Hema is great! They are flexiable with scheduling and rescheduling. I was seeking an expert in women’s health to help me understand the unfamiliar physical issues I was experiencing. I was able to schedule a first appointment quickly, was assessed in a warm and knowledgeable manner, and recently had a procedure done to treat the diagnosed issue. This all occurred within a month! No waiting, no wondering...immediate response. If you’re looking for an expert in women’s health look no further!

Let me tell you, I have been looking for a great GYN and I have found her. I have seen many, including the doctors at the university of Penn and not one doctor can compare to her. She listen,made eye contact and was honest with me. She truly cared about my concerns and did not brush anything off. She has great hours , easy parking and her office is top notch

I was referred here by a friend & I do not regret it. It was my first time at a gyno & I thought it would be a weird experience. I sure was wrong, everyone was friendly, efficient & they made me feel very comfortable. The Doctor explained everything to me perfectly & the entire time there I was not one bit uncomfortable I will definitely be referring all the woman I know here!

You know your body more than anyone else. This doctor does not listen to her patients when they feel something is wrong. Because of Dr. Hema, I ended up in the Emergency Room and she still denied it was her fault, after an ultrasound and a 2nd opinion confirmed it. I had to go see another doctor because Dr. Hema didnt know what to do. The new doctor was able to help me, which is very confusing. Dr. Hema should have been able to help in the same way. The girl answering the phone tries to act nice over the phone, but you can hear her bad attitude right through her voice. There are others that have complained about her, and all of it is true.

I wish I could leave a zero star review but unfortunately it’s not an option. I had only 1 appointment at this place, paid a co-pay with my insurance. They keep charging my card for small amounts without any explanation, just email me transaction receipts. When you call for operation hours it says one thing, but when I showed up to discuss my unexplained charges nonsense in person on Monday late morning, the place was closed, with only voicemail option available when I called. According to their recording they are open on Mondays but that is not the case in real life. Now I have to waste my time to figure it out. This is ridiculous. Terrible business in my opinion.Update from next day. Still misleading operating hours when call, it states business is open on Mondays and Tuesdays yet doors are locked on Monday and Tuesday. I do not need your annoying phone calls. I prefer to discuss this nonsense in person but sounds like that’s too much to ask for from your poorly operated business. I need a detailed explanation of the charges via email that’s provided on my profile. Since I can’t to talk to anyone in person

Dr. Hema is wonderful. She did my surgery 3 yrs ago with the Robot and I have never felt better. She knows her stuff. She is caring, understanding and compassionate. I love her!!!

Dr. J is one of the best doctors I have had the pleasure of working with! She is super friendly, very knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable. The staff at her office is just as warm and inviting as the doctor is. I would highly recommend Montgomery Gynecology.

The visit itself went well enough but then they ran my insurance for a problem visit and an annual when there was just an annual. She said the doctor informed me but that was not the case, and there were no extra tests, diagnosis, or prescriptions. We did nothing but discuss my history since it was my first visit while she conducted her annual. They can keep the money though, better it happened with something small like this than a large bill. Ill be going elsewhere.

Dr. Hema is the second gynecologist Ive had and she has just been the best!! She answered all my questions and genuinely cared about my medical history. The whole office was very friendly as well. I highly recommend Dr. Hema!!

Edited August 2020: why I’m changing my review from 5 to 1. I made an appointment via their online portal. I got a call from the receptionist stating my insurance could not be verified. I had not changed insurance plans or jobs so I was puzzled. I thought maybe it was because my last name changed so I sent a photo of my new card. I have a PPO Plan for reference.After several calls back and forth with the receptionist, I ended up calling the insurance company myself and asked if my plan was still accepted at Dr. Hema’s office. They verified and said my plan was in fact in network and sometimes the computer systems in the doctors office encounter error messages so the Doctors office would have to call them and then they could verify my insurance.When I called Dr. Hema’s office back up, the receptionist had no solution and told me “We typically do not call to verify insurance plans and it’s not our fault Dr. Hema’s has us verifying people’s eligibility before people come in” so they cancelled my appointment and stated “I’ll call when I have time to call the insurance company, but I’ll get back to you tomorrow”. It’s been 2 weeks.I will definitely not be returning here as a patient, due to the lack of experience and patience both receptionists showed, despite my previously good experience with Dr. Hema herself.

I was looking for a new gynecologist close to my home and found Dr. Jonnalagadda on google. Normally, I’m more comfortable getting referres by family or friends. However, I’m so glad I saw her. Today I had my first visit. I would highly recommend Dr Jonnalagadda. She was very kind, sensitive to my needs, and she did not rush through my visit. Dr Jonnalagadda made recommendations based on my age and current health issues. It was also very comforting to be greeted by a kind receptionist upon arrival. Very happy I switched to this dr.

I was a patient here recently and moved away. I called to get a refill on my birth control for one more month during my transition to a new doctor. When calling the nurse, she denied that this was possible and blamed my insurance even though I knew it was the case. She called me back after a few hours and let me know the doctor would refill my prescription and that it was sent to my old pharmacy. I informed her that I moved and that was the whole point, I no longer could go to that pharmacy or doctor. She gave a loud grumble and said she would send it to my new pharmacy. I gave her the address and everything.Then I get to my pharmacy and it’s still filled at the old location and she never sent it over. Completely disrespectful staff and did not try to accommodate the patient, blatantly lied. Had to fight for my right for birth control. Not the way I want to feel coming to my OBGYN.

Dr. Hema is very nice and thorough. She uses a small speculum, which makes the pap test less uncomfortable, which is a bonus. In addition, kind staff and welcoming, clean office environment

Very clean office, everything is brand new. Dr. Jonnalagadda is a very attentive and approachable doctor. She makes you feel very comfortable in a place that can often be uncomfortable to some people.

I am a new patient and have only been to the office for one appointment, but Dr. Hema & her staff are very nice. The only negative comment I can make about my visit is that the office was extremely hot but hopefully that was just an AC glitch that one day!

Worst Experience! Never going here again. It is impossible to make appointments or get medications refilled. The receptionist does not return calls and was very rude.
